In the House of Commons today, I raised the collapse of Initiative Property Management and its impact on hundreds of residents in our constituency. The firm owned multiple blocks of flats in Bournemouth West before it stopped trading, but the service fees provided by residents have not been returned and urgent repairs are now being stalled. I asked the Government to look at any regulatory gaps that may have allowed this to happen whilst the police investigation takes place.
