Conor expressed concern about the failure of Yellow Buses and initial concern about the impact this could have on constituents who have relied on them, and on local jobs. Conor said, "Over the years I've enjoyed visiting Yellow Buses and tried to support them. We have lost a distinctive part of our town's history. It is reassuring that Morebus stepped in so quickly to take on the key routes and to offer immediate employment to drivers and other staff. I have offered my thanks and support as the transfer progresses".
