Conor visited the Brewhouse and Kitchen in Bournemouth to meet with Kris Gumbrell the CEO. They meet to discuss a number of challenges concerning staff shortages, how to attract young people to work in the hospitality sector, their training and the impact of Covid on the sector. They also talked about what they and other business people were doing to try and get homeless people into work in the town.
