Conor met with a young resident from St Mark’s school and her mother who shared a petition she had put together concerning the proposed oil rig. Conor has been very pro-active in his opposition to the rig in Poole Bay and has held meetings with Rt Hon Greg Clark MP the Secretary of State for Energy and Industrial Strategy (to whom he will pass the petition) and the Leader of Bournemouth Council who also opposed the eyesore in the bay.
