Conor joined Adam Dufresne and Principal of Bournemouth & Poole College, Diane Grannell, in Strangers Dining Room, Houses of Parliament.
Adam was named as a winner in this year’s Association of Colleges Student of the Year awards. A 'Level 3' Uniformed Public Services student, he is also a Care Leaver who lives independently and as well as undertaking his full time course, works 40 hours a week.
Adam spoke in depth about the obstacles he has overcome and his achievements that led to his winning the Association of Colleges Award. Conor has offered Adam work experience in his office in the House of Commons.
