Conor visited the Holy Epiphany Church on Friday 27th October as part of the 39th Bournemouth Guides Parliament Week. Conor and the girls discussed what he does as their representative in Parliament for Bournemouth West as well as his responsibilities in Government as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Foreign Secretary.
However, Conor was also given the opportunity to find out about the voluntary services and achievements of the Girl Guides for the Bournemouth community. The girls had signed up to work towards a Girl guiding UK badge called ‘Hear Our Voice’, which will help them to learn about democracy and government.
