Conor was invited by the Mayor of Bournemouth to lay a wreath at the foot of the Bournemouth Cenotaph (war memorial). The service included the call to remember by Mayor Lawrence Williams and was concluded with a parade lined with veterans, serving personnel and uniformed youth organisations.
Conor was honoured to lay a wreath on behalf of Parliament; an institution that symbolises British freedom and democracy in whose name so much sacrifice was made in both World Wars and subsequent conflicts.
