Branksome Triangle - as it's known locally - in Poole is the site identified by BCP Council to host a permanent 'settled gypsy and traveller community location'.
This is based on the needs assessment that BCP Council and Dorset County Council have claimed to have undertaken. We do not know the locations other than Branksome Triangle that that the councils have looked at because they only identify one within the draft Local Plan.
I've spoken to you about this before. Many of you have already been in touch with me to share with me your very strong views on this. I just want to say that the Local Plan consultation is still open and there is still an opportunity for you to make your views known.
I want to make absolutely sure that your views are heard loud and clear before BCP Council close the consultation and adopt the local plan.
