Conor led the planning of the Northern Ireland Office’s role in the celebration of the Jubilee of the Queen in Northern Ireland. As part of this Conor devised two programmes that were Northern Ireland specific: The ‘Northern Ireland Jubilee Hamper’ and the ‘Post Card from Northern Ireland’

The ‘Postcard from NI’ Jubilee Rug
Conor launched a competition to all Primary Schools in Northern Ireland to design a ‘Postcard from Northern Ireland’ to present to the Royal Household. Over 2000 entries were received. Conor managed all stages of this competition and got Ulster Carpets to agree to make the design into a rug. Throughout Conor visited schools to promote and engage the young people and welcomed the finalists to Hillsborough Castle. The winner saw the finished rug at Ulster Carpets with Nick the Chief Executive.
